Robert Morgan to teach at ASU in Spring 2009

Robert Morgan will be a visiting writer in residence again at Appalachian State University, from January to February, 2009. For six weeks in the spring semester Morgan will teach the course, "Colloquium: Daniel Boone in Fact and Fiction," primarily using his biography of Daniel Boone, Boone: A Biography. ASU faculty will continue the course afterward, emphasizing different versions of the Boone story.

Thomas Wolfe Prize

Robert Morgan received the 2008 Thomas Wolfe Prize, and delivered the 2008 Thomas Wolfe Lecture, October 2, 2008, at 7:30pm.
